No. It’s the only book of his I could never read again. It’s profound and disturbing. The stomp the crucifix scene particularly so.

Side note:  With that new beard in your profile pic, if you start drinking craft beer I'm going to suspect you of being a crypto-Calvinist.

Bearded Chaplain Weedon has been commissioned to write a book entitled: "The Worship Life Of The Amish"
He will spend about 6 months in research and try to understand their traditions about worship.

Hardy har har. Calvinist? I’m sorry, but me genoito. Beer, craft or not, no way! I’ve even lost my taste for wine. My evening drink these days is usually a boring old pelligrino.

Dave, the Amish do not sport mustaches with their beards. Where my son-in-law is a pastor there are scads of them, and I’ve never seen the first mustache yet.
