The annual bill was inadvertently overlooked. We've tried to get this on a system to pay it automatically, but for reasons too complicated to explain here, that hasn't been able to happen. Our gallant ALPB treasurer managed, even on a weekend, to get things fixed. So you can abandon your foolish conspiracy theories.
