If a congregation is happy with their pastor, is there anything wrong for another congregation to desire (covet) him as their own pastor by issuing him a "call"?

Joseph must have been quite a bit older than the Blessed Virgin since he was a widower with children.  (unless you take the reference to Christ's brothers as cousins).

Our congregation is "naughty" too and substitutes the Athanasian Creed for the Nicene Creed on Trinity Sunday.  Guess there's much more serious liturgical innovations out there that we could be guilty of so I shouldn't complain too much.
