Your Turn / Faith Formation

I'm a layman here, and realize that most of my ALPB "peers" are clergy.  And my question for you is this: how do you approach faith formation?  What I mean is, what do you emphasize while building faith for the young, and how do you approach faith for those of "formed faith" who suffer tragedies?  Basically, how would you catechize and preach to Seth and Job?

Your Turn / What is orthodoxy?

I see the word "orthodoxy" thrown around quite a bit on this forum.  Some say others don't fall under the category of "orthodox".  Those others say that they fall completely under that category.  Do you consider varying degrees of orthodoxy?  Is there a Nicene orthodoxy, a Lutheran orthodoxy, etc?  Where do you draw the line between "orthodox" and "unorthodox"?
