In an effort to use more of the features of this website, I've posted a new article on Thanksgiving 2020 (it was too long to be one post, so I had to post it in halves) in the online articles section rather than in the Your Turn section. Just trying something different. Feel free to take a look.

I’d be interested to hear any feedback on the fact that the article was not posted in Your Turn but in Online Articles. Helpful? Better organized? We’re trying to optimize the website.

Honestly, until "Recent Articles" gains traction it seems a shame to bury such excellent writings in a section which draws few views since most of the "recent posts" are in "your turn".
I habitually check the recent posts first, and sometimes click onto "your turn" from that listing.
Very seldom do I go to the overall "Forum" directory.
That is not always the case: When there are Judicatory meeting reports my scanning may include the Forum directory to check for new material. I'll use this occasion offer a shout out to Richard Johnson for his excellent coverage of ELCA CWAs.

When you sign on, it shows you all the unread articles no matter where they are, does it not?

It shows which fora have unread posts and what single article within that category had the most recent post.

No, when I get on, (logon is automatic,) it only shows the new posts in "Your Turn." I can click on ALPB and it will give me all the categories and note which ones have new posts.

Or just use https://alpb.org/Forum/?action=recent (https://alpb.org/Forum/?action=recent)to logon.

I always just click "Show unread posts since your last visit," and that shows me every thread that has new posts.
